There's pages for this on fansites like gw2efficiency. Might be worth to keep a few on hand, though; they can't exactly be farmed. Each pair of Winterberry Bushes in Bitterfrost Frontier is grouped as a node farm. Because of this, gathering a second bush in a pair will deplete the whole group, losing any bonus gathers left in the first bush. Using an unlimited harvesting sickle prevents losing bonus gatherings this way, since they gather all bonus gatherings automatically.
Node farm. A node farm is a cluster of harvesting nodes of the same type. There is exactly one node farm in 22 of the 25 original zones, excluding Wayfarer Foothills, Malchor's Leap and Cursed Shore. The nodes in a farm respawn every 23 hours, similar to rich metal veins, rather than the 1 hour of normal gathering nodes.

As already being mentioned a lot of nodes pay off after a long time, but if you know someone who owns a full hoome it is totally worth it adding it to your daily farming routine. Unless you dedicate yourself to collecting them every single day for 1-10years depending on the node, absolutely not. Gold wise, not really.
Don't expect or 'for tips' the run, if you do a good job you can make decent gold ontop of pretty good farms. Learn the farms and the timing and spend some time doing them.
