I’ve been playing the game for nine years now, and my highest rank was Master (231 LP – Season 10). I was also ranked #3 on LeBlanc in Season 10.

Follow the steps below to use this repair tool. 1. Open League of Legends launcher. 2. Click on cogwheel icon present at the top right corner. 3. Go to General tab. 4. Under Troubleshooting click on Initiate Full Repair option. The League of Legends Client is the program from which players interact with League of Legends and Teamfight Tactics (PC), without playing the game. Players log into the client using their Riot Account, and have the option to stay logged in. The client has three sections that are always visible. These disappear once in champion select. Navigation Bar The top navigation shows the buttons to Step 2: Identify your Connection. In the connections tab, you'll see multiple connections in front of you including your bluetooth and ethernet settings. Right click on the connection you use to play League of Legends (if you use a wifi, you'll see the name of that connection as well). After right clicking on it, click on 'properties'. Method 3: Check for Windows Firewall. If LOL is not allowed in the Firewall, it’s not surprising to see the connection issue. There is a client-side issue with showing the Ban/Suspension page, resulting in the glitch above. Several of us have been messaged through support with followups on suspensions. The 0/20 is not reliable, and is not indicative of an absence of reports.

Turning off or changing certain settings may help you get rid of lag. For changing game settings, open the League of Legends and hit that cogwheel icon in the upper right corner. Under the Client/General window, click General and check two options: 1) Enable Low Spec Mode. 2) Close client during game.
