Just thinking back to my PS3 days, there is one series that stands above most for me. Little Big Planet. Specifically LBP1 and especially LBP2. They were filled with so much charm and creativity and overflowing with passion. Nowadays, "Charm" in a video game basically means looking like Minecraft and having cheesy jokes thrown at your face.

Little Big Planet 3 is still a fairly good game, but it starts to stray off of the classic LBP feel a bit, with all the new mechanics and some of the big changes. The campaign is kind of shabby, the levels aren't very enjoyable, the characters aren't likeable. However, you do get more diversity in the gameplay.
