The Remarkable 2 is at an all time low price right now. 250 euros without the marker and with referral. So now I have two options: Either the RM2 with Staedtler Noris Jumbo or the Galaxy Tab S6 lite with a paperfeel screen protector. I have heard good things about those and the downsides of the RM2 are the following for me:
The Tab S6 Lite is on sale rn for $279.99, it's a pretty good deal, it also includes a pen. The galaxy tab A8 2019 with spen (SM-P200/205), it's kinda hard to find but it's good enough and has native spen support (the pen is included and the tablet has a slot for it) Android as a tablet OS kinda sucks because there's little to no app optimisation.
The s6 lite is an amazing note taker. That's what I used before the s8! I can recommend buying the wacom one nibs for the s pen, they fit in them and will last a LOT longer than the rubber spen nibs. Yes, I like paperfeel screen protector paired with the hard plastic nibs.
All these features make the Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 ideal for note-taking or drawing. Itβs a sturdy little tablet that will last and is one of the best mid-range Android tablets with a pen. Screen Size: 10.5 inch; Resolution: 1600 x 2560 pixels; Dimensions & Weight: 9.63 x 6.28 x 0.22 in, 0.9 lbs; Processor: Qualcomm Snapdragon 855
