Hi, When I have my Gopro hero 5 black on I cant get to the menu on the camera. when I tap the screen it says "Swipe down to lock" and swiping down only lock it. Locked it says tap to unlock. so there is no way to get to the meny since swipe down locks it and then tap unlocks it.
But it stopped working - all batteries were charged and none would work. I've come home and now there is no sound and the back screen doesn't work. Seems like GoPro support doesn't want to provide support. So I'm pretty pissed at this when it's meant to be such a durable product. And that considering my old GoPro 5 still works.

Dear Team support, I bought Go Pro Hero 5 Black since july of 2017 , and on May 2018 , I got program with LCD screen it not working so I went to claimed with Gopro in Thailand , s when you go to the app right click then click "open as administrator" and then itll say do you want it to make changes and say yes. youre not able to do anthing with the app besides that but the webcam will work. just open whatever you want to use it for like youtube or whatever. doesnt work with the camera app. Expand Post.
